We are building a home in the county just north of Canton a small community just east McPherson and we are thrilled. The people are friendly, helpful and proud. The economic base of the County while built around ag does offer some solid non ag jobs in and around McPherson and Moundridge. The presence of mutiple liberal arts colleges just adds to the overall positive atmosphere. In the end the County has that great underyling value of the State of Kansas - moderation.
